The following are the prices for the company registration packages applicable to Dominica IBC's, BVI IBC's, Belize IBC's, Seychelles IBC's, Gibraltar non-resident companies, Panama Corporation and US Limited Liability Companies in Delaware and Oregon. We also have prices for the other services we are happy to offer to our clients.

Package # 1 includes:
First year government fee, Certificate of Incorporation/Registration, Memorandum and Articles of Association (or By-Laws), Share certificate(s), Nominee Shareholder (if required); Minutes of the first meeting of founders, Letter of appointment of the first director, Register of members (if applicable), Register of directors (if applicable), Registered agent services first year, Registered office first year, Apostille of the charter documents, Courier delivery.
*These fees include:
Government renewal fee, Registered office fee and Registered agent fee.
Package # 2 includes:
First year Government fee, Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Share certificate issued to the bearer or to the nominee shareholder, (recommended and provided for free) or registered, Nominee(s) director first year, Minutes of the first meeting of founders, Letter of appointment of the first director, Power of Attorney, Resignation letter(s) of the nominee director, Register of members, Register of directors, Registered agent services first year, Registered office first year, Apostille of the charter documents, Courier delivery.
